Try a class on us!

Even if you have no previous CrossFit experience, we’d love to have you drop in during any regular class time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start to sign our waiver.

Our Free Class is for potential new members (local athletes only).

Dropping-in from out of town? Great! You can sign the waiver, pay, and reserve a spot in class via our FitChalk site.

Getting started is easy.

After your free first class we will work with you to schedule 5 Fundamentals sessions. These are usually one-on-one with a coach and give you an opportunity to learn the movements, equipment, and do some workouts. These are included in your first month’s membership fee.

If you have 6 months or more of previous CrossFit experience at an affiliate these sessions are not required.

Simply stop by 15 mins before any class to drop-in or try us out.
No need to contact us ahead of time.
